This is about the naming of the parts.

Stand-alone cc are easy - perhaps too easy.  

A cc namespace - closely similar to email addresses - is the enabling feature.

International deployment -

Common protocols - technical, procedural, moral, financial.

Thus, to invite interest and study, refine terms of agreement and evolve locally appropriate process.

Also - consider how games and money are already connected in the world.   People play poker on line or face to face across a table, or visit casinos or bingo halls, where they can earn (or lose) chips and cash them out.  Others do similar things in on-line games like Everquest, 2nd Life and Eve.  And how is playing on the stock-market really any different?

So in this "open money" world, it's possible to earn points that will (perhaps, in some circumstances) be exchangable into "hard" money that we can spend in the "real" world.  For more on this, see the open money development group.
