do you count?
We all count, one way or another, especially money, stock, and reputation - these we count, recount, and account in various ways.
But who says what really counts - the bank, the government, the market?
Do you count? How easy is it for you to keep count?
Openmoney provides a platform for counting anything that you want...
- babysitting hours
- rainfall and plant growth
- goals, plays and unforced errors
- contributions in a collaborative project
- gifts given and received
- money created and spent
- business to business exchange - b2b
- votes and promises
... the list goes on.
What do you want to record? Not everything of course. Some things aren't worth counting, and some almost certainly shouldn't be counted. But there's much that we could learn and gain from counting some issues more than our "normal" society generally does.
We're not saying what you should count - that's up to you. Perhaps there's nothing in your world you need to count or otherwise take account of - you know that better than anyone.
But if there's something you do want to count, particularly in some form of collaboration with others, you can probably do it here.
